On Friday, March 6 at 6:30 pm CT, Sheldon Stephens will be giving his testimony and provide special music at the ADO (Alcohol Drug Outreach) program at Victory Community Church at 1165 Russell Rd, Columbia. Everyone is welcome.
Due to the weather, the Fundraiser “Soup & Singing” for My Fathers House Ministries on Saturday, March 7th has been cancelled. The Thursday night bible study will also be cancelled this week.
The Columbia-Adair Chamber in Partnership with Paige Hutchison Nickel, CEO of Woodland Marketing, LLC will be providing a Social Media and Social Media Marketing 101 Seminar covering Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Search Engine Optimization and Wordpress for Chamber and community members. This session is a basic overview of effective social media marketing to promote yourself, your business, or your organization via the internet.
The seminar will be held on Thursday, March 26 at Anderson's Pizzeria, 1411 Campbellsville Road in Columbia from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Participants wishing to enjoy a delicious meal can do so before or after the seminar.

There will be a Community Baby Fair for any expectant Adair County parents and parents with babies less than 6 months old. This will be held Tuesday, March 10th, 5:00 - 6:30 at Adair County Elementary School. There will be information booths related to pregnancy and parenting as well as door prizes, gift bags and refreshments.

A Pancake Breakfast will be held at the Knifley Area Volunteer Fire Dept. at 6130 Elkhorn Road on Saturday, March 7, from 7:00 a.m. till 9:00 a.m. CST. The cost is $5.00.
