There will be a 3 on 3 basketball tournament, cornhole tournament
and Fish Fry Saturday Feb. 25th at the Millerfield Brethren in Christ
Fellowship Center. The basketball tournament will start at 9 a.m.
followed by the cornhole tournament at 1 p.m.and Fishfry at 5 p.m.
All proceeds go to pay the funeral expense for Dorothy Sneed. For

Journey to Recover is moving! tEH meeting will be held at
it's new location, the Revival Center at 24 Burnett Rd. off
the Old Burkesville Loop in Columbia. Meeting will be open
format and will be held on Friday Feb. 24th at 6:00 p.m.
KSP is accepting applications for children to attend Trooper
Island Camp this summer. Trooper Island is a free summer
camp for underprivelaged boys and girls age 10-12 operated
by the Kentucky State Police on Dale Hollow Lake in Clinton
County. It is financed entirely by donations, no public funds
are used. Applications are due May 1 and are available on the
KSP website at www.kentuckystatepolice.org KSP says the camp
roster fills up quickly so parents are encouraged to complete
camp applications as soon as possible. To support its Trooper
Island Camp for underprivelaged children, the Kentucky State
Police is selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a new 2017
Jeep Wrangler Sahara Winter Edition 4x4, an iconic U.S. brand
that shares the same heritage as the vehicle American GI's rode
to victory in World War II. Tickets are $10 each. To purchase a
ticket, contact KSP Post 15 or CVE region office located throughout
the state. Only 20,000 tickets will be sold. The winning ticket will
be drawn on Aug. 27, 2017 at the Kentucky State Fair. Ticket holders
will not have to be present to win. Raffle winner is responsible for all
tax and license fees.
