Christmas in Cricket County Dec. 18th

New Hope Seperate Baptist Church, 10706 Liberty Rd.
will present the Christmas play "Christmas in Cricket
County" at 6:30 p.m. CST Sunday night Dec. 18th.
Bro. David Coffey and congregation invite everyone to

Angel in the Park Dec. 11th

Charity Baptist Church, 4072 Holmes Bend Rd.
Columbia, KY 42728 will be presenting a Christmas
program titled "Angel in the Park" at 6 p.m. on
Sunday Dec. 11th. Come join us. Refreshments will
be served following the program. Bro. Jim Hagan,
Bro. David Karnes and congregation invite everyone
to come.

 

 

Rain Garden Class Dec 8 @ 5:30 p.m.

UK Specialist Brad lee will be coming to discuss the
purpose of rain gardens. He will provide instructions
on proper planting and care. This is a FREE class with
a meal provided afterwards. For more information and

County Extension Agent for Horticulture Education.


Dec. 10 Christmas Market Benefit

Saturday Dec. 10th from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. 
The Christmas Market will be open. Santa will 
be there from 10-2 for pictures by Traceable 
Memories, Food provided by Stacy Hatcher 
Wilson, silent auction items. Vendors inclued: 
Bohotique, Gypsy Jo Lee, Southern Creations, 
Scentsy, Cozy Chics and more! Proceeds from 
the sales that day will be donated to the families 
of Macie Drake, Abby Curry, And Raquel Anyega. 
Be sure to stop by and shop local and help support
these families. 

Dec. 2 Trooper Island

Please make note of the times.
 Both events start at 6:00 LOCAL TIME.  
NORTH - Taylor, Green, Casey, Marion, Washington
Monday, December 19th @ 6 PM EDT
Meet at Mr. Gattis Pizza followed by shopping at Wal Mart.
SOUTH - Adair, Russell, Metcalfe, Monroe,
Cumberland, Clinton
Tuesday, December 20th @ 6 PM CST
Meet at Anderson's Pizza or Pizza Hut if Anderson's
has not reopened,  followed by shopping at Wal Mart.
Please let me know if you can attend either or both
of the events.
Also, we are always seeking funds to help with this
event, so if you wish to sponsor a child or know
someone who would consider making a donation to
the cause, please seek them out or let me know.  
We typically like to spend $100 - $150 per child.  
Any business, individual, church, community
organization, etc may give and it will be tax deductible. 
Checks can be made payable to "Post 15 KSPPA".
Thank you for your support of this event.  This may be
the only Christmas these kids will ever have.
