On Sunday, May 19, from 2pm-4pm, Colonel William Casey School will host an Open House for all who would like to stop by. There will be light refreshments served, videos and photos of the past, and perhaps you might catch a glimpse of Col. Wm. Casey himself wandering the grounds and reminiscing about his life.
Casey was built in 1960 and has seen 1000s of students passed through its halls over the past 53 years. Principal Patty Jones says if you ever were a student, staff member or supporter of the school we hope you will take this opportunity to walk through the halls one last time.
As many of you know, John Adair Intermediate School (formerly John Adair Middle School) will officially close at the end of this school year. John Adair has served as an institution of learning since 1968, educating thousands of students in grades 3-8.
Many teachers and staff members have spent part or all of their careers here.
Whether you are currently involved with John Adair, or would just like a trip down memory lane please feel free to join us! - Jennifer Mann
