Kentucky State Police investigated a single vehicle injury collision that closed one lane of US127 in the limits of Dunnville Monday, November 5th, 2018 around 12:01 p.m. ET.
Preliminary investigations indicate that 67 year old Steven Warfel of Portland, TN was operating a 2006 Peterbilt tractor-trailer traveling north on US127. Warfel was wearing his seatbelt and was transported to the Casey County Hospital and was later flown to University of Louisville Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Sergeant Randall Honeycutt is investigating and was assisted on scene by members of the Kentucky State Police Post 15, Casey County Fire, EMS and Rescue Departments.
